Homecraft Classes

Please note the Rules Governing the Perth Fair as they pertain to all classes. Please read them carefully.

All exhibits in these classes must be in place between 6:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 31st in the Homecraft Building ready for judging on Friday, September 1st. Exhibits are to be picked up on Monday, September 4th between 4:00 and 5:30 p.m.

Prize Money: Cheques will be issued and mailed the month following the fair. Prize money paid by the fair is listed with each class. In some sponsored classes prizes are awarded directly from the sponsor, which will be noted with that section. It can take until November or December before you receive these prizes. If you do not receive a prize from these special-sponsored classes please let the office know before December 31.

Ribbons: If you place 1st, 2nd or 3rd and would like a ribbon please ask one of the committee members who are working in the building when you pick up your entries on Monday.

Most Points in Homecraft: Exhibitor with the most points who has entered in the five classes will win in addition to other prizes: $50.00 cash Sponsored by The Homecraft Members

New Exhibitor: The first time exhibitor in homecraft sections with the most points will receive a $50.00 gift certificate donated by Sparks. Please check New Exhibitor on the entry form
